Drilling systems for beams For drilling beams Voortman has developed various types of CNC controlled beam drill lines. These beam drill lines are provided with automatic or manual tool changers. They can be combined with mitre cutting band saws and numbering units, enabling drilling, numbering and sawing of beams all in a single system.

Beam Coping Machine

The V806 beam coping machine is a 5 axes Oxyfuel beam Coping machine especially designed for cutting I-beams, H-beams, channels, angles, rectangular tubes and flat-bars. The V806 is capable of cutting the top flange, bottom flange and the web of beams and columns up to 1.200 mm x 600 mm. The V806 can do both web, and flange bevels.

The oxyfuel cutting torch is suitable for Propane, Map gas, Propaline and Acetylene.

The user friendly software programm has a programmable macro library and DSTV-files can be imported.
